Johnson Breward Brown is a locally owned accounting and taxation firm which has developed a solid reputation by providing personalised service and becoming an important member of our clients' business managment team.

On 1 July 2005 Johnson Breward merged with another local accounting firm, Ronald Brown Accounting to form a new and expanded partnership to better service the firm's growing and diverse client base.

The firm employs three managing principals; Lou Johnson, Tim Breward and Ronald Brown and eleven professional staff members who all have experience in a broad range of tax and accounting areas.  Eight other staff provide administrative support or are employed under a traineeship scheme.

Lou Johnson has been in public practice as a principal for 30 years.  Lou is a registered tax agent, a registered liquidator and has been a registered company auditor since 1973, specialising in the audit of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, Associations and Non-Listed Public Companies.  Lou has experience in the area of strategic planning and succession planning using the Mindshop approach to planning. 

Tim Breward has a Bachelor of Business and has been a Chartered Accountant since 1991.  Tim specialises in medium client managment, advanced taxation advice and holds a number of public company directorships. 

Ronald Brown has a Bachelor of Business and has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 1991 and a certified financial planner since 1999.  Ronald specialises in small to medium client managment, taxation advice and value-added buisness management services.
