We are obliged to advise clients of certain matters which may influence your decision to engage us as your Tax Agent.
We confirm that there are no current matters which we are required to disclose nor are there any conditions attached to our registration.
If you have any concerns about our tax agent services, please contact the person responsible for providing the service. To resolve your concerns, we have policies and procedures in place to deal appropriately with complaints and will use our best endeavours to resolve a complaint or dispute to the mutual satisfaction of the parties involved.
We may require you to detail your complaint in writing to allow us to fully investigate any concerns that your raise.
If you are not satisfied with our proposed resolution, you have the right to make a complaint to the Tax Practitioners Board in accordance with their complaints process described here.
